Who You’ll Be Helping

We support families with babies and young children who may be experiencing isolation, financial hardship, mental health challenges or limited support networks. Our approach is relationship‑based: non‑judgemental, compassionate and flexible, and always led by family choice and dignity.

Home Visiting

Offer one-to-one emotional and practical support to parents in their own homes. It’s about listening without judgment and being a steady, friendly presence.

Group Support

Help run warm, weekly groups (from baby groups to peer support) where parents and children can meet, share, and thrive in a safe space.

Trustee

Use your professional skills to guide the vision, governance, and direction of HSRI, ensuring we can continue delivering meaningful support.

Fundraising
